Personal Sound Bath - 90 Minute Session
A personal sound bath is a one-on-one, deeply restorative experience designed to support relaxation, balance, and inner calm. During the session, you rest comfortably while soothing sounds from instruments such as Tibetan Singing Bowls, Chimes, Gongs, and gentle vocal tones are played with intention.
The vibrations and frequencies guide the body into a meditative state, helping to quiet the mind and release physical and emotional tension. Rather than actively “doing” anything, you are invited to simply receive the sound as it moves through you, creating space for rest and renewal.
Each personal sound bath is intuitively guided and tailored to your individual needs, offering a supportive environment for grounding, clarity, and nervous system regulation. Many people leave feeling centered, refreshed, and deeply relaxed.
